• CF-3050A / CF-4260A Liquid Photopolymer Auto-resin pouring plate making system consists of PLC HDMI touch screen and button control.
• Imported Upper & Lower glass been processing grinding to a very tight tolerance, contact surface gap tolerance kept at / below ±0.05mm.
• Installed with UV lamps inside upper & lower exposure compartment.

2. Take in considering of finished plate quality, UV light intensity is important measure, UV lamps inside the upper & lower light compartment has been designed to keep UV light source consistent and stable. All UV lamps used Philip & Hitachi brand.

• Auto-resin pouring unit designed to dispense resin and base film laying simultaneously, it speed-up plate making process
• Vacuum pump and blower installed inside Main exposure unit.
• Auto-washout compartment consist a set of soft Nylon made brush, it will not damage un-cured plate during washing process. Circulating pump circulate washing agent consistently, with heating element will improve on developing time.
